This end unit oceanfront condo boasts ocean views from the living room, primary bedroom and oversized deck. The unit is ideally located, with beach access directly in front of the building and the Recreation Center located just across the street. The two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo does require stairs to access the unit. The renovated kitchen has modern black appliances and all of the essential items. Tucked into a nook in the kitchen, you will find the washer and dryer. The primary bedroom has a King bed, a smart TV, and full ocean views through the sliders leading to the deck. An on suite bathroom is attached with a single vanity and shower/ tub combo. The second bedroom has a Queen bed, smart TV, and access to the hall bathroom. The hall bathroom has a single vanity and shower/ tub combo. Between the two bedrooms is a storage closet and wet bar. A sleeper sofa in the living area completes the bedding accommodations.
