Advertised rate is only applicable for stays within advertised date range and the stay must be 60 days or more for the rate to apply. Unit is primarily a vacation rental and must be rented at the nightly rate for stays under 60 days or during the summer season. Prospective tenants must complete an application and pass requirements in order to qualify for rental.
This third floor walk-up condo is unique and equipped with all the basic house amenities you will need and has the accommodations to sleep 6 with a Queen in the primary bedroom, a Twin bunk in the hall alcove and a sleeper sofa as well. The living room includes a TV with cable and Wi-Fi for your use. There is assigned parking for 1 car near the unit and 1 additional space in the overflow lot across the street from the complex. Enjoy a swim in the seasonal oceanfront pool or a stroll on the beach, using the private beach access for guests of The Riggings.
*Please keep in mind that if you are renting a property with a pool during the off-season, it may not be open or available. Pools are usually open from mid- May to September, but dates can vary based on weather, permits, HOA guidelines, inspections, improvements, and unforeseen events. For more detailed information on specific pools, please feel free to contact our office.
