I built this gorgeous home 2 1/2 years ago, and the tenant just left. It is fully nicely furnished with leather sofa, wall mount TV's (43" LR ,32" BR) walnut laminate floors and porcelain tile in the bathroom. There's a queen bed in mbr,and bunk beds in other br. The power, water,internet and garbage collection are paid by owner!! This home comes with fridge, dishwasher, above range microwave, stove, tankless water heater, and a stackable washer/dryer (dryer is making noise though). EVERYTHING is here to move in immediately. Dishes, silverware, cookware, air fryer and even a robot vacuum (no bed linens though)It's essentially an air bnb without the fees! A short term lease is possible 3mo @ $1,850, 6mo @ $1,750 and 1yr @ $1,650. The damage deposit is $1,500. No smokers allowed, but a small dog is ok with $200 nonrefundable deposit.
