Beautiful guest house with short lease possible

I built this in 2021 as my studio/guest house, and have decided to rent it. The power, water, and garbage collection are included in the price. It is nicely completely, furnished with EVERYTHING necessary to live in immediately,with wall mounted tv's (43" LR, 32" bed) queen bed, silverware, cookware, even a crockpot and airfryer! Linens are not included. Its essentially an air bnb without the fees, so it's perfect for someone in transition. No smokers or pets are allowed, and it's for 1 person only. It has a private driveway too. A short term lease is possible with 3mo @ $1,200, 6mo @ $1,100 or 1yr @ $970 per month. The refundable damage deposit is $1,100.
