ISO ONE FEMALE roommate. Currently there's 2 female roommates in their 20s so a female in their 20s/30s would be ideal. One is a medical student the other works overnights.

Must have no evictions over the last 5 years, clean background check, must make 3x rent. Prefer 620+ credit score. Security deposit between 500-1000. 500 for students, military, educators, medical/first responders. Up to 1000 for lower credit score. Sorry we do not accept vouchers at the moment.
