Lower level is a one car garage and den with a gas fireplace. Middle level is kitchen, dining room, living room, a half bathroom, and a nice deck out back. Third level is two bedrooms both with their own en suite bathroom (one with tub and one with walk-in shower), and laundry closet. Washer and dryer in the unit already! You will have full access to all community amenities including the awesome pool at the clubhouse.

I am a very dependable out of state landlord and I will be in town next weekend for showings from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM each day. That's Saturday and Sunday, 6/28 and 6/29. I'm shooting to have it available for move-in on the 3rd or 4th of July (can be flexible based on your needs).
