Winter Rental Available Now- March 31st, 2025. The Heated Pool is at your expense. This 3-bedroom is located on the south side of town. The living room has a sofa, a love seat, a recliner, and a flat panel TV. The large Kitchen opens into the dining room. The primary bedroom has a king-size bed, 2 nightstands with lamps, a long dresser, and a flat panel TV. Guest bedroom #1 has two twin-size beds, a tall dresser & flat panel TV. The guest bathroom has a single sink and tub/shower. The second guest bedroom has a queen-size bed, a long dresser, a nightstand with a lamp, and a flat-panel TV. The laundry room is off the kitchen. There is a 2-car garage for parking room to park on the side of the house. Beautiful heated pool. lush backyard, BBQ, table for 4. The tenant is responsible for the cost to heat the pool (propane), utilities are included with a cap on electric $100 Pet Fee $250 pet rent $25 a month.
