The larger bedroom is a comfortable retreat. It features a queen bed and a cozy lounger chair with a reading lamp, creating the perfect nook to unwind and enjoy a good book. This room boasts a generous walk-in closet and a spacious desk for your convenience, making it an ideal space for work and relaxation. What's more, it offers a captivating view of the iconic Frog Bridge, allowing you to soak in the town's unique charm right from your window.

The second guest room also provides a comfortable and welcoming space. It comes with a full-size bed, a roomy closet, and a plush chair and ottoman, creating a cozy corner for you to relax and read.

The common areas of the apartment are just as inviting. The spacious and well-lit kitchen is a shared space where you can prepare meals and connect with fellow residents. The living room has a fireplace and TV; it's the perfect spot to unwind and socialize after a long day. The bathroom is shared only with the occupant of the other guestroom. We provide monthly cleaning service to common areas.

Stay connected and comfortable with included amenities such as WiFi and gas baseboard heat. For added security and peace of mind, each guest room is equipped with its own coded lock. Laundry facilities are available in the basement.

The apartment has recently been renovated with fresh paint and brand-new flooring, ensuring a clean and welcoming atmosphere. (Dishwasher installation happening soon!) The third floor is currently in renovation, and it will also offer two private guestrooms, a sitting area, a kitchenette, and a full bath. The estimated time for project completion is June 2024. Parking is a breeze with a dedicated lot at the rear of the house, offering plenty of space for your vehicle, and there's even a flat grassy yard with a picnic table to enjoy.
