The furnished house is in a beautiful semi rural location close to downtown Weaverville. It's about 4.5 miles off the main road, nine minutes to the Blue Ridge Parkway and 15 minutes to Downtown Asheville. It's a very safe area with good neighbors.

This is a 6-month lease from October 3 - March 30.

Owner pays for hi-speed wifi, utilities, garbage, water and lawn care (included in monthly lease).

There is a washer and dryer available downstairs, shared with the downstairs tenant.

Must have verifiable income of 3x monthly payment, have at least 2 rental references and pay for credit check. ($45) Sorry no HUD or Section 8 housing.
Not a good location for people with walking disability due to stairs.

Security deposit of $1500 is required at time of signing.

No smoking please, and no vaping or loud partying. No excessive drinking. No guns.
Open to a small dog under 20 lbs.

Parking for 1-2 vehicles. No garage.
