The outdoor space features a hot tub, kitchen with a propane gas grill & cooktop. Enjoy sunny weather from the private dock, screened-in porch or gazebo. This home has two kayaks, floating dock, and boat lift that can be used for your stay.

Tenant responsible for all utilities & the Internet. Tenant maintain lawn, pest control service, and hot tub maintenance. Owner take care fruits trees and responsible for any repairs over $200. Small dog up to 20 pounds allowed with non-refundable $800 pet deposit. Security deposit, first and second month rent, and non-refundable fee due at signing. Also, must meet 3x or 4x income rent requirements before viewing and application process with credit score and background check. Tenant provides a signed waiver for employer verification.
