I have 1 clean room for sharing in a house, NOT AN APARTMENT. The room is private and newly remodeled with a window, a hardwood floor, new paint, and a large stand-alone closet. The rest of the house, including the 4 shared bathrooms and the living room, has just been remodeled.

The room is on the small side for a minimalist/tenant-only. If you have many belongings or furniture, this may not be the right room for you. I have a larger room for $100 more (about 130 sq. ft.)

No drugs (including weeds), heavy drinking, or pets, please.

Only 1-2 min driving from shops in Westwood Village. Excellent location for buses to SSCC/Downtown/Burien.

Room + Utilities = $825/month for a single person.
