“Seagull’s by the Sea” is a 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom home that boasts an impressive 3 floors of living space above the ground floor. When you arrive at the townhouse, you will find a long-covered carport and parking area to support up to 4 cars. There is an elevator that services all floors. As you walk to the top floor you will be impressed with all the natural light afforded by the open space. You will find a fully stocked kitchen with upgraded stainless-steel appliances. The first two living floors provide bedrooms, the primary bedroom has 2 queen beds, the second bedroom offers a queen bed and a sleeper sofa. The third bedroom offers a queen bed and roll away twin sized beds are conveniently tucked away in the closets. The fourth bedroom offers a queen bed and roll away bed. Each room is a suite with its own private bathroom. TV and Rokus are provided throughout the home. You will find 6 well-kept bikes for outings, indoor and outdoor games such as bocce ball, large sized Jenga and many indoor board games.
