Advertised rate is only applicable for stays within advertised date range and the stay must be 60 days or more for the rate to apply. Unit is primarily a vacation rental and must be rented at the nightly rate for stays under 60 days or during the summer season. Prospective tenants must complete an application and pass requirements in order to qualify for rental.
This single-family cottage located on a quiet dead-end street near Banks Channel. This one-level family-oriented cottage offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and welcomes your four-legged best friend! The open floor plan makes a perfect space to host your family while giving space for everyone to spread out. A pass-through window in the kitchen that opens to the dining room ensures that the chef of the family can always be part of the action. The kitchen table gives a cozy space for all to gather and enjoy family meals or a board game. There are two covered porches located off the front of the house that can be accessed from the dining room and living room. Furnished with tables and chairs this is the perfect spot for watching magnificent sunsets and sound views in the evening. After watching the sun set over the Intracoastal waterway, you can sink into the comfy sofa and enjoy your favorite movie on the convenient Roku TV.
A large shaded screened-in porch off the rear master bedroom is a great get-away spot for guests seeking some peace a quiet. With 3 covered porches, plenty of outside space to lounge, and a small sandy beach that emerges at low tide at the end of the street – everyone in the family will have a great time playing in the calm waters of the Intracoastal. And don’t forget that the ocean access is just 1.5 blocks from the cottage!
