Advertised rate is only applicable for stays within advertised date range and the stay must be 60 days or more for the rate to apply. Unit is primarily a vacation rental and must be rented at the nightly rate for stays under 60 days or during the summer season. Prospective tenants must complete an application and pass requirements in order to qualify for rental.
“Kroger” is an immaculate first floor condo in the Wrightsville Dunes complex and is a Sterling Edition building which includes an exterior security entrance. This condo features 3-bedrooms, 3-bathrooms, and spectacular ocean views. The beautifully remodeled kitchen boasts granite countertops, tile backsplash, stainless steel appliances, and a wine chiller. The ocean front covered balcony can be accessed from both the living area and primary bedroom. A spacious primary suite overlooks the ocean and provides access to the ocean front deck. The ensuite bathroom features dual sinks, a walk-in shower, a private water closet, and large garden tub. The Wrightsville Dunes complex requires all vehicles to display an HOA issued parking pass while parked on the property in order to avoid citation. Parking pass fee may apply. Passes are strictly enforced and limited to two per rental unit.
Bedding Configuration: 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Twin.
Parking: On-site parking for 2 vehicles. One designated space allocated for the unit and one for an unassigned parking spot that is first come first serve.
Pet Policy: No pets allowed.
Prohibited: Pets, Smoking, RV’s, Boats, Boat Trailers, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.
