The hardwood floors are over 100 years old. The beds are soft yet firm, people have said it's been the best night's sleep they've had.

Keurig coffee maker, all utilities included 52-inch flat screen, 2 comfortable beds, top floor unit, fully fenced-in back yard (shared with only 2 other units), pet friendly, & parking. Memory foam queen bed, plenty of room for 2 people to work from home. Fast wifi, walk to Crescent Lake Park, bike able area with bike storage.

The kitchen has some cooking essentials, a full-size fridge and oven, a large sink, and a counterspace to work at. Plus there is a view of the backyard so you can hang out with friends or family while you watch your kids from above.
