Very Large Furnished Studio Apartment Near Milford NH/Nashua

Quiet location, the large studio apartment (the main room has a divider between the bed and a sitting area) has an entrance from the garage into the entryway, then right upstairs. The location is quiet and serene. The unit has solid doors with locks and current tenant says it is quiet upstairs--but our dogs can bark when the FedEx person shows up.

Property is close to Nashua, Amherst, Bedford, NH. it is a half hour drive to Catholic Medical Center in Manchester. It is 25 minutes to Rivier College. A well-behaved pet is ok.

Milford is a special place, with great restaurants, a farmer's market, and a good community. We love this place; we access the snowmobile and cross-country trails right out our back door. If you love dogs. or miss your pets, this place is the place. We actually have seven small and very well-behaved dogs, but they do bark. And we have the occasional foster from Rocio's Rescue out of Houston.

We're a chill and active former military couple who enjoy meeting new folks. We both work full-time hybrid roles. And my spouse is the best maintenance person I know!

The unit is cozy with a seating area, a queen bed, large bath with a separate toilet/shower room and two sinks, a kitchen with an induction cooktop, convention oven/air fryer, full refrigerator, and a nice sized farm-style sink. The unit has two full walk-in closets and linen closets. All utilities are included, and the unit has its own heat/air conditioning controls. There is wifi and streaming television.

Adding a note here: I am willing to discount the rent for someone if they would be willing to help out with our dogs occasionally, once or twice a month. As an active couple we coach Special Olympics Skiing and find that on our long volunteer days that we could use help letting the dogs out or feeding them.

And we often wish we had someone who could handle an overnight or two so we could go away. In an ideal world, we'd be able to schedule a real vacation once or twice a year with the help of someone who lives in the apartment and loves dogs!

The option for this could be negotiated for the right person who is comfortable with our small dogs and their fairly simple schedule.
