Community garden and daycare center across the street, and 2 minute walk to beautiful Arvada River Park, walk or bike. Very well maintained, quiet, small building, with only 12 units, loads of off street parking, and safer for fire danger than most as it is not close to other buildings. All tenants get along. One small cat or dog (under 40 lbs) are welcome. We have a pet area, grill area, and on-sight laundry. We are in the process of renovating the unit, but it should be ready to go around mid-August.
