Snow shoe and Nordic skiing, on the way to Mt Spokane for snowboarding and skiing. Wonderful views from side deck and from porch. W/d stack hookups in bathroom, large shower, well water, owners are on site and use the garage under this unit. Double front doors and 3 steps to access entrance. No carpet.

If you are handy with tools, snow shovels, lawn care or pets, we will pay per hour for assistance with property management. We plow the driveway and 1/4 mile of private road.
Parking for 2 operating vehicles end to end, you pay your own internet and electricity.
