URGENT LEASE TAKEOVER FOR 2025-2026

We are looking for someone to take over (September 3rd 2025 to August 31st 2026) or sublease (at least September to May) a private room in North Davis at Almondwood Apartments. It is an unfurnished, 2 bedroom, 1-1/4 bathroom deluxe apartment. You would have your own room and share a bathroom with one male housemate.

It's a great area with multiple bus lines (J, G, 42) right outside the apartment and a marketplace with Safeway and restaurants that's just a 5 minute walk.

There is a large, newly renovated pool and clubhouse available to tenants. There is also a 24/7 gym and study room.

Rent is $1375 (or 687.50 if you are two people looking for a double). Water is included, PG&E varies but is usually between 25-50 dollars a month. Parking is free for every tenant and also right outside the apartment!
