Pets are welcome; certain size and breed restrictions and additional pet fees apply with the park. Yard is not fully fenced at this time, but we can make it fully fenced if you need it to be.

Rent includes the ShangriLa Mobile Home Park lot fee and trash service; you would pay gas & electric directly to Colorado Springs Utilities and water with the rent. A completed Pre-Screener is required in order to schedule a showing after July 20.
