University Village

We are the only student housing facility in Augusta that is affiliated with ASU and exclusively available to ASU students. We are a fully furnished, gated, 2 and 4 bedroom community located a mile from the ASU campus. We offer an all inclusive rent package which includes: rent, cable, high speed internet, electricity and water. In our clubhouse, we have a game-room, laundry facilities, computer lab and on-site management. On the property, we have an outdoor pool, sand volleyball court, walking trails and picnic areas with outdoor grills. University Village has many great services including our Residence Life program, specially designed for the first year student. We will have planned resident activities and student awareness programs regularly in which all current residents are encouraged to participate in.
