This unit is located at the back of the house, featuring a separate entry door and lock. There is a gas washer/dryer hook-up laundry room in unit. An open-concept bathroom opens to a spacious closet. The unit has plenty of storage space for food or personal items. It is in a tranquil little ranch-style property. The unit features a mini-split system with both AC and heating capabilities. This is a unit for a single person with no pets. We might make an exception if you have a small dog for an extra fee.
The asking rent is $1,500 a month & $1,500 deposit. Included is all utility trash, & internet. We will also provide a microwave & a hot plate. Renters will have designated parking & a separate mailbox. The furniture shown will be removed as it was just dosplayed for pictures. You will need to get gas washer/dryer if desired & fridge. A fridge can be arranged if you dont have one. Thank you.
