This unit is located at the back of the house, featuring a separate entry door and lock. There is a gas washer/dryer hook-up laundry area. An open-concept bathroom opens to a spacious closet. The unit has plenty of storage space for food or personal items. It is in a tranquil little ranch-style property. The unit features a mini-split system with both AC and heating capabilities. The asking rent is $1,800 for two people or $1,600 for a single person. Please contact us to schedule an appointment if you would like to walk through the casita. We prefer a single responsible person or a couple, but no more than two people can live comfortably in this one-bedroom unit.
All utility costs are included, and the unit will have WiFi, a microwave, and a hot plate or crockpot. There is no stove. Renters will have designated parking & a separate mailbox. The furniture shown is available for rent or purchase separately from the rental.
