Target Renter: employees who travel to the area for their employer ie health care nurses, therapist, skilled construction workers, Americore etc who are desiring mth to mth rental for 3- 6 months.

Travelers desiring a summer stay will also be considered.
Note: This is a dry Studio and 4 gallon drinking water is furnished in rental.
The communal shower / bath house is heated and about 50 feet from the
Studio. It has a utility sink,toilet, small dishwasher, shower and lockable.
