LCL Rental: 3 Bedroom/2 Bathroom home. Large fireplace in the living room. Indoor laundry room. Master bathroom has a shower/tub combo. The second story is surrounded by wrap around deck. There are two structures on this 2.5-acre lot. This home is in the rear lot designated Unit B. Electricity, water, and trash are included in the rent. The tenant is responsible for own propane.

Tenants will be charged for over baseline water and electricity.

ADDITIONAL OPTIONS AND COSTS:
$400 for lease of the large storage building just south of the house.
$200 for the land between the north edge of the storage building and the bank fence for livestock, including use of the iron bathtub out there as a water trough.

1) The only cooler provided is a swamp cooler. If you need AC, This home is not for you.
2)The wood pellet stove is the only heater in the house. If you need central heating, This home is not for you.
3) The home is next to a grain field. Grain fields are home to mice, spiders, and a wide variety of other animals. All pest control measures are the responsibility of the tenant.
4) The grey water from the laundry room discharges onto the ground. The tenant will be responsible for keeping the area around the pipe clear, to allow the grey water to flow properly.
5) This is a large rural property. Tenants shall keep the weeds maintained, from the north side of the large outbuilding to the norther boundary of the homesite, defined by the chain link fence between the units. Tenants are responsible for weeds in the unfenced portion to the east of the chain link fence as well as a few feet beyond the propane tank.
5) Horses are allowed, but this will likely result in overage charges for water consumption. All fencing for horses or other livestock should be installed by the tenant, and not include the existing fencing or the house.
