Access to washer/dryer, large fully stocked kitchen, quiet neighborhood w/ walks ways between the backyards and near Paradise Park. Easy access to the freeway and the airport with private HOA managed roads. I maintain the master bedroom and garage but I am never home so essentially the full house is occupied by only two people, nearly 1000 square feet of common space. Open to have people come view. No pets at this time, one vehicle only, and a single person. It is way below market value to help students through school save money.
$700/mo for smaller room and $775 for larger room w/ shared bathroom, electric and gas are split by the number of renters.
