We have both all-girls and all-guys units. While units don’t have a living room, they include a full kitchen and bathroom. Larger “A” rooms ($650+) can add parking for $50/month ,Or apply for a city street parking permit with your lease for just $80/year. Coined laundry on site. Our community is mostly made up of students and professionals working nearby but you are not required to be student. We try to match by age or close to. Text us to schedule a tour! Budget around $100/month for utilities to cover everything. Lease goes to 7/31 every year and you can do 6/30 or 5/30 lease end for higher rent
