UCLA Townhouse Summer Sublease

**Sublease Opportunity in Weyburn, Westwood - UCLA Housing**

**Availability:**
- Duration: 8 weeks from July 29th to September 22nd (6-7 weeks also acceptable).

**Location:**
- Walking distance to campus: 20 minutes.
- Bus ride to campus: 15 minutes (bus stop located 1 minute from home).

**Parking:**
- On-premise: Available for an extra fee.
- Street parking: Free and easily accessible on Veteran Avenue.

**Amenities:**
- Fully furnished, including dishware and basic supplies (toilet paper, spices, paper towels, etc.).

**Requirements:**
- Age: Must be above 21 years old, at least by the time of rental
- Status: Must be a student, at least by the time of contract
- These are UCLA housing policy. We will have to submit our contract and a copy of your ID to UCLA.

**Contract Details:**
- Deposit: Equivalent to one month's rent, required upon contract signing.
- Refund: Deposit will be returned around September 23rd, post-inspection of the house and furniture.
