No Smoking or Vaping Allowed inside the apartments. Tenants are responsible for electricity and internet service. Parking space is limited. Small Dog or Cat up to 20 pounds with $200.00 non-refundable Pet Fee per animal and $25.00 / month / pet. 12-month lease with $1400.00 deposit and $1400.00 / monthly rent, due on 1st, of the month, with late charge after midnight on the 5th of the month.
