Topsail Greens

Located in the quiet HOA community of Topsail Greens. This property sits on a .25 acre lot with a pond behind it. Just a couple minutes drive to Kiwanis Park and 15 minute drive to Surf City. Renters insurance required within 30 days of occupancy and emailed to owner.

Tenants will comply to all HOA covenants and Bylaws; any fines will be paid by tenant if not compliant. Copy of HOA covenants will be provided to tenant and a signature is required confirming receipt and acknowledgement of rules.

Maximum of 2 pets allowed; $200 pet fee per pet is non-refundable. If tenant moves in before the 1st of the month, he/she will be charged $54 per day (pro-rated) until the 1st of the following month.

Rent includes:

lawn mowing
Fully furnished.
Also includes an electric fireplace and piano.

Mattress and couch are professionally cleaned by Finesse. Tenant will be responsible for same upon move out.
