The second floor has: 1 Washer/Dryer, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with a tub/shower.
The Bottom floor has: a living room area, stove, kitchen, refrigerator, and storage area.
Renting out this townhouse will give you access to your own personal parking spot with a tag that is located right outside the unit on the street. This unit is also very close to popular shopping malls and areas. Has a playground in the community if you have kids.
Pets are OK but there is a pet fee.
