A fully qualified tenant meets these requirements:

Credit Score 600 or above
Income 3x Rent
Four paycheck stubs
No evictions, convictions or outstanding judgments
Good Landlord references
Proof of timely rent payments with last 4 bank statements
Rent and deposit in hand

If you don’t fully qualify under the above criteria, exceptions may be made if you offer a qualified cosigner, extra deposit or extra rent.
