The entire inside of the apartment has been completely renovated! It has new floors, doors, paint( walls and ceilings), kitchen cabinets, stainless steel appliances, closet doors, LED lighting throughout, and a unique bathroom remodel.

It has a separate laundry room.

It has a quaint front and back yard and is located in a very quiet part of Collegedale Tennessee across from Little Debbie Bakery and next to Southern Adventist University.

The university provides free access to riding trails, running track, basketball court, tennis court, climbing walls, mountain biking, and the like.

The university also has its own health food grocery store(The Village Market). Collegedale residents can purchase a monthly membership at Haulsey gym, which includes a swimming pool, whirlpool, cold and hot baths, sauna, and steam room.
