$20 for an optional Parking Pass, so that you are able to park in the private lot directly behind the building. Free street parking is also available, just outside the Academy Ave entrance, for any additional vehicles or guests.

$500 Reservation Fee (NR) becomes your refundable Security Deposit after move-in.
$150 one time Admin Fee (NR) prior to lease commencement.
$300 Pet Fee (NR), and $30 a month per, pet rent. *Pets welcome upon approval.
