The Block Townhomes

The Block Townhomes is located in the charming community of Starkville, Mississippi, home of Mississippi State University and the fighting Bulldogs. Located just off historic South Montgomery, the community provides quick access to MSU, as well as great shopping and dining destinations. Our homes include redesigned interiors with two tone paint, new flooring, and new energy efficient appliances. The Block Townhomes is a pet friendly community welcoming both cats and dogs, with only a few breed restrictions. Either apply for a full apartment rental with a joint lease option if you have roommates or apply individually for a private bedroom rental with an individual lease option. Our space options come furnished or unfurnished with roommate matching services, full size washer & dryer, cable, and trash included.
