Monthly Pet fees will be charged based on the "Paw Score" risk level assessed by PetScreening.com. Fees are charged in advance and payable directly to PURE PM as follows:
A Paw Rating of 3 or higher = $30 per month, per pet
A Paw Rating of 2 = $50 per month, per pet
A Paw Rating of 1 = $80 per month, per pet
Pets not covered by PetScreening.com screening are treated as a Paw rating of 3, at a minimum.
