Walk to Sagamore Pendry, Inner Harbor Trail, Canton Kayak Club dock, 0.3 miles from Whole Foods. Finding parking spots can be tough in lower Fells Point; but, parking decks are nearby as well as a plethra of transportation options including free curculator bus and boat routes, water taxi, bike and scooter shares, reliable public bus and train service, etc. You'd be living with two respectful, professional women who work and study full-time. They rotate weekly cleaning and keep shared areas clutter-free.
FYI: The combo W/D is ventless thus doesn't fully dry, so each bedroom has a retractable clothesline.
REQUIREMENTS: Employment verification/proof of funds and rental refferences. Flexible 6, 9, or 12-month leases, long term preferred. No partying, 420 or drugs, and nonrelated overnight guests are discouraged.
