Fully furnished 3BR/1.5BA on 2nd floor (walk-up) with 14ft ceilings, big windows, and original hardwood floors. Walk to Sagamore, Inner Harbor trail, 0.3 miles from Whole Foods. You'd be living with two respectful, professional women who work and study full-time. They rotate weekly cleaning and keep shared areas clutter-free.
FYI: The combo W/D is ventless thus doesn't fully dry, so each bedroom has a retractable clothesline. The owner lives out of town. She will stop by now and then (with 24hr notice) to handle repairs. For complex repairs, she may need to sleepover in the living room. Utility costs will be adjusted if that happens.
REQUIREMENTS: Text “OWNER” in reply. $55 nonrefundable background/credit check, $40k min income or co-signer for full-time students, and rental references. Flexible 6, 9, or 12-month leases, long term preferred. No partying, 420 or drugs, and nonrelated overnight guests are discouraged.
