ANNUAL/YEARLY RENTAL available 9/15. Sunny 2 BR plus den/study Craftsman cottage in Avon by the Sea, NJ, a charming Victorian summer resort area. Spacious front & back porches, closet space, W/D, dryer, DW, outdoor shower, a small yard, and garden space. Lightly furnished with modular sofa, wicker chair, two small pine dressers, and one Scandinavian bed. Plenty of room to add your own items. High efficiency gas forced air heat and window AC. The cottage is near the Macaroon Shop, Avon Waterfront Park and Marina, and Dive Two dive shop, just over the bridge from Belmar's seafood restaurants, and walking distance from the beach. Cottage is near sports field, volleyball courts, and tennis courts. The town has a pool across from the beach that you can join. A YouTube video tour link ( 2cx_r4l6gns ) is available.
