Are you a student who is looking to stay in Sarasota for the summer months after school ends for work, school projects or just want to hang at the beach?

If so please contact us for availability. We could be the perfect go-between for your summer housing needs. We have several sublet opportunities available! All are fully furnished, all-inclusive, and living with other students and interns. $995-$1400 per private bedroom depending on the size and features of the room and how many bedrooms are in the home.

Or perhaps you are an intern coming to Sarasota who is looking for a furnished room and home rental for the spring or summer months? We serve MOTE Marine interns, IMG Interns, SUN Hydraulics interns and others at local schools and businesses as well as local college students looking to stay in Sarasota over the summer months (and into Fall Semester if available).
