And I don't want to spend the summer here.
It's super close to campus, only like 10 minutes by bus.
It's not too noisy, when compared to the dorms it's on the quiet side.
There is also a spare room in the unit, so you could bring a friend.
Imagine living right across the living room from a bestie instead of across the hall or under their bunk bed.
I'm willing to pay 15% of your first months rent if you sign a sublease agreement for this unit before May 10th.
