Hi! I'm looking for a female to sublease my apartment in the University Commons Complex, right off SW Archer Rd. It is a 4 bed 2 bath apartment. It is fully furnished with a private bathroom (bathroom is shared but will be private for the summer). Right across campus if you want to walk, but there is also a bus stop directly next to the complex if you choose to bus. Apartment details below:

Laundry: washer and dryer located in unit

Shared common areas: fully furnished kitchen and living room areas

Parking: free! you can park anywhere

Rent: $550 + $50 utilities (open to change but it has never been more than $50. In total I pay about $600 per month through the leasing portal. *I am willing to work the price out with someone, please feel free to reach out*

Amenities: pool, hot tub, fitness room, club house, tennis/sport courts, bus stop, free parking

Current residents: currently 2 female roommates will be there during the summer (they are extremely quiet, very clean, in summer classes, and keep to themselves. overall great roommates to live with for a summer)

This is a fantastic place to rent for the summer, super accessible and tucked away in a quiet area.
