Suite - back house

A small house in our back yard. It is approximate 340 square feet (exterior measurement). Access to our backyard through a second gate that opens remotely. This leads to a carport for one vehicle so you can park right next to the back house. The entry way is laminate tile where a refrigerator is placed. There is a living/sleeping area with a love seat and a twin sized day bed, small kitchen with stove, and small bathroom with a shower. Air conditioner is a window air conditioner that cools the house nicely. The heater is a portable heater that warms the living area well. All utilities included with spectrum high speed internet.

Close to the 10 frwy, Target shopping centers with many other shops, restaurants and a park nearby. Great location!
