Subleasing Apartment July - October: Internet and Valet Trash Free

I am seeking to sublet my 1 bedroom apartment in Bloomington, Indiana from July through October 2025. I have loved living in the space, but I must move back closer to family. The apartment available for sub-lease is a 680 square foot, first floor, 1 bedroom luxury apartment at Hayden Flats on the south side of Bloomington. The base rent is $1,429 dollars, and I will be offering a stipend of $90 dollars per month to cover internet and mandatory valet trash fee ($1,429-$90=$1,339 ask for rent). Utilities are not included but are affordable: water and sewer bills combine to roughly $20 dollars per month and energy bills are roughly $60 per month. It comes with an in-unit washer and dryer. There is a kitchen with quartz countertops, high quality cabinets, microwave, fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, and large pantry. All appliances are stainless steel. The unit has LVT flooring in the living room, kitchen, and bathroom. The bedroom and large walk-in closet have neutral light gray carpet. The apartment has a walk out patio that is accessed via a sliding glass door off of the living room. In addition to the pantry, there is a large storage closet, and the bathroom vanity has plenty of storage. If you take on the sub-lease, you would be only the second tenant to ever live in the space. The apartment complex was built brand new in 2023 and offers a large pool, grilling area, gym, pickle ball courts, hammock park near the pool, dog park, and cozy lobby. The leasing and maintenance staff are highly responsive, friendly, and flexible. The complex is very pet friendly, offers free parking, and provides direct access to the rail trail which connects to the B-Line within a quarter of a mile. If desired, you will have the option of signing on to a new lease after October at the resident rate ($1,339), much below the $1,600+ market rate.
