Perfect for the remote professional or long-term guest looking to enjoy beautiful Santa Barbara. The home is located just 15 minutes to downtown Santa Barbara or 15 minutes to the University of California, Santa Barbara.

The home features 3 bedrooms/2baths and therefore can accommodate up to 4 guests. Utilities, cable/internet are all paid for. Long term guests are welcome as are weekly guests, however, I will not accept requests for less than 7 days. Rates are: $425.00 a night for less than 30 days or $210.00 a night for more than 30 days.
