I am a teacher and a lifestyle writer. Very easygoing and considerate. I do travel so yes, I am hoping to be able to leave this place in great hands while I'm away.

The best roommate for this apartment would be a non-smoking female. Someone who will appreciate and help maintain the friendly and peaceful vibe this place has always had.

Long term or short term rental is ok. Price stated is good for two years so no worries about any rent increase. $800 deposit.
