Additional information. The water/sewer/trash service is included in the rent, and the tenant is responsible for electricity and cable which is separately metered. The unit has it's own washer/dryer. Before you apply, please review the information below to confirm that this would be a good fit.

Requirements:
1) Income at least 2.5 times the monthly rent and verified by paystub or other documentation.
2) Pass a credit/background check, and any negative information on the credit/background check will trigger an individual assessment, which may result in disqualification. We encourage all parties to present any questions about this process in advance.
