• Minimum credit score: 590.
• No unpaid rental collections, active bankruptcies, or evictions in the last 3 years.
• 12 months of positive history preferred.
• No evictions or serious lease violations in past 7 years.
• Case-by-case review based on offense, time passed, and relevance to housing.
• Arrests or non-convictions are not considered.
• 1 bed: max 2 occupants
• Government-issued photo ID required.
• No smoking inside units.
• Pet rules vary by unit (deposit and restrictions may apply
• A non-refundable fee may be charged for screening.
• If screening is not performed, the fee will be refunded (RCW 59.18.257).
