Student Housing in Townhome for Relet - 1 bedroom with ensuite bathroom

Bishop's Square is a lovely gated townhome community with 3BR/3.5 Bath and garage - lots of parking. The room for relet and quite the deal - l need $740 per month sublet signed - usually $804/month but I signed up early. It is a 1BR with ensuite Bathroom. It has 3 BR upstairs with your own key for your room, full kitchen downstairs with a living room, dining room and full washer and dryers along with a garage. I need to relet because I am not returning to Texas State. It is a one year relet for Aug 21 2025-Aug 21 2026 (they only offer 1 year leases). It is a really nice area with a pool, workout room, gated with entry only for residents, right next to the bus stop (1 min walk - and takes 7 minutes on the bus to go to school). I enjoyed living there. It is very safe and clean.
