This is for one person, one small dog or one cat considered, not multiple cats or dogs. Suitable for one individual. Price is for one year lease, for a six month lease the cost is $750.00 per month.
2 miles over the NC/TN state line 15 minutes to 105 ext in Boone, easy in and out, driveway and parking is flat and goes right out onto 421 (King street when you get to Boone) so it's a direct route to Boone, Appalachian State University, Appstate, Caldwell CC, Mountain City TN, etc. No drama location, $40 background check may be required. No application fee. FREE parking. Motorcycles or Diesel trucks may not be parked in front of unit.
